These Terms govern your use of the ScheduloTok content scheduling platform for TikTok.

1. Service Description

ScheduloTok lets creators upload, manage, schedule, and publish TikTok videos from a single dashboard. We may integrate with third‑party platforms (e.g., TikTok) to perform publishing actions on your behalf when authorized by you.

2. Your Account & Responsibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required by TikTok in your region). You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, API tokens, and content you upload or schedule. Do not post illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

3. Platform & API Rules

Use of the service must comply with TikTok Terms and policies. We may pause or restrict features to maintain API compliance or platform health. You authorize us to act on your behalf solely to schedule and publish content you select.

4. Acceptable Use

No spam, bots, scraping of non‑public data, or attempts to bypass rate limits or security. Respect intellectual property rights and privacy rights of others.

5. Ownership & Licenses

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and transmit your content as needed to provide the service, including generating thumbnails, transcodes, and scheduled deliveries to TikTok.

6. Fees

Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually. Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uptime, reach, or performance on third‑party platforms. Publishing and analytics depend on TikTok availability and policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or platform abuse. Upon termination, we may delete scheduled items and stored copies of your content subject to legal holds.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the Effective Date indicates acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or in‑app notice.
